Turtle Run Winery Festivals, Events, and Wine Classes

  • A Blast From the Past!!:  May 5th and 6th Join us as we pop the corks on some older vintages this weekend!  Wines included in the uncorking include our original Dry Tortuga, Chardonels, Syrah, and perhaps a Max's Small Batch Red.

  • Upcoming Free Concert Series:
  • The best of the region's best will be playing at Turtle Run Winery this summer.  Bring a picnic and relax with a great bottle of Turtle Run Winery wines.  Concerts are generally 1:30 to 5:30 or 2:00 to 6:00 depending upon the band.  No other alcohol permitted as we could lose our license to perform these wonderful events.
  • May 20th:  The Vinyl Kings! Rock-n-Roll to one of our original bands!  Rick, Lee, Mike and Joe have gotten better and better with each vintage, so grab a glass of Blue My Mind and enjoy songs from the Beatles, Dave Clark, Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Kinks, Elvis, and many more.

May 27th:  Ron Jones Jazz Quartet: The Classics of Jazz!!  As heard on Sirius Satellite Radio!  Ron, Sonny and the guys have been with us from Day 1, and their repertoire of the classics have Ron’s very own influence on them.  With an up-tempo movement, you’ll think you’re back in the roaring 20’s listening to the greatest jazz around.  But with wine available!

June 3rd:  One Third Wish:  A benefit concert for Down Syndrome of Louisville. One Third Wish arrives from Baltimore for this special benefit concert and Turtle Run Winery will donate 10% of the proceeds to Down Syndrome of Louisville which serves Kentucky and Southern Indiana.  Come one, come all.  Please promote the daylights out of this concert.  If you need us to email a flier to promote this at your work or favorite restaurant, please let us know.  There will be auction items available, so if you want to donate, please call Laura at 812-952-2650 or send her an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. June 17th:  Circus: Classic Pop by some of the best musicians in the business.  Talented enough to take on the hardest music and with a gusto to pull it off.  From Cheap Trick to Paul McCartney and Wings (Live and Let Die), to Michael Jackson, they are willing and very, very able to play anything and everything to perfection.  Do not miss Circus.

June 24th:  The Monarchs! Need I say more!!!  Dance the day away with a who’s who of bands!  The Monarchs will get you up and dancing and having a good time at Turtle Run Winery.

July 8th:   Ron Jones Jazz Quartet is back with real jazz

Laura will try to throw Jim a curveball or two with very challenging food pairings.
