Turtle Run Winery Festivals, Events, and Wine Classes
A Blast From the Past!!: May 5th and 6th Join us as we pop the corks on some older vintages this weekend! Wines included in the uncorking include our original Dry Tortuga, Chardonels, Syrah, and perhaps a Max's Small Batch Red.
So you know a lot about wine? So you know a little about wine? Whether you have had 10,000 bottles of wine or 10, the Turtle Run Wine Appreciation Class is a much enjoyed and sought after class due to it's core philosophy -- teach in a way that experts learn a lot and those new to wine will not be overwhelmed!
Designed to be both fun and educational, Jim will delve into the very intricate details of wine, wine aging, blending and perhaps grape growing and certainly wine appreciation. Laura will try to throw Jim a curveball or two with very challenging food pairings. All in all, it's very educational and very fun as we explore not only Turtle Run wines, but wines from all over the world. Additionally, Jim teaches at Sullivan University's culinary school in the beverage management program.
Dinner included! More than 20 wines tasted!
