Chocolate Loving Wine Down

We are introducing two spectacular wines, Lauren’s Blend and Max’s Small Batch Red — Wedding Wine. Lauren and Max were married last October and both of them blended a wine for the wedding. Max’s is impossible to recreate and luckily we bottled an extra amount. Lauren’s blend was one in which we theoretically could add to the wine list, so we designed a label and painstakingly blended the wine last week. Do these wines go with chocolate? I know one does! But which one?!?! Lauren’s Blend should become a staple on the semi-sweet list right next to Catherine’s Blend. Max’s Wedding wine is very much a limited quantity wine.
