WINEMAKING / TASTING NOTES
Okay, okay. Did you know there is a turtle with the name “Cooter?” I didn’t “urban dictionary” this name before creating the cool label, so we’re going with it…for now. Perhaps a one and done label.
The wine is a supremely fruit forward red blend of 50% cabernet sauvignon, 25% chambourcin and 25% frontenac.
Rich, fruity, nice acids and a long, lingering aftertaste. Very intense long lingering finish. Nice tannins too! Quite the full package!
