Saturday Blast from the Past — Always opening older vintages

Being open for 25 years and not using the crazy additives that exist in many wines, our wines simply age gracefully.  Natural wines like ours contain over 1500 chemical compounds after fermentation and over time a combination of natural chemical reactions and exceptionally slow oxidation allow wines to develop masterful complexities.  On Saturdays we crack open a few older wines to sip, savor and enjoy.  We can cover any category from dry to sweet.  Usually 4-6 older wines are opened to enjoy to compliment our already 30 wine strong wine list
