Saturday make up Concert: The Ron Jones Jazz Quartet

Turtle Run Winery

Simply put, this is the best jazz you may ever hear in your lifetime, live and at Turtle Run Winery.  Each musician is super acclaimed.  This is a make-up concert and the lean will be towards more contemporary jazz, so you will know the tunes.  Give good ol' classic jazz and modern jazz a try today! Our concerts are free and they are family friendly. You are welcome to bring food. We are normally selling grilled fare to benefit various programs from Special Olympics to Providence High School Swim and Dive. No other alcohol permitted. All concerts are outside. Wine tastings during concerts are outside. Wine can be purchased inside or outside. Cheese and crackers are available inside the winery. Grilled fare is sold on the east side of the winery behind the band. We have complimentary plastic cups. We sell wine glasses or you can bring your own wine glass. We suggest that you bring a lawn chair. Lastly, if you would like to borrow an ice bucket for your wine, great. We have them available, just please return them to the winery or the tent before you leave. Cheers, Laura, Jim, Max, Lauren, Joe, Catherine, and our wonderful staff.

Sunday Concert Series: Radiotronic: Cancelled today due to weather, but….

Turtle Run Winery

Ahhh....Fall weather! At Turtle Run Winery today, Sunday, we have to cancel the concert with Radiotronic. Wind, Rain, falling temperatures. In lieu of the great music, we'll open several "Golden Oldies" to compliment our current wine list and if asked, hey, let's sample the future too with barrel tastings! Cheers, Jim   If you've ever had a "Heart of Glass", "Take Breath Away" in the "Purple Rain", if you were ever "Hungry Like The Wolf" and wanted to "Get Down Tonight", then "Hit Me With Your Best Shot". If you are fluent in "Jive Talking" or ever got stuck in a "Bizarre Love Triangle", "Get Into The Groove" - "You Should Be Dancing" with RADIOTRONIC, the five-piece rock and dance band with serious Louisville music bloodlines and bubbling, blistering, beautiful solo and harmony vocals from Rachel Hagan, Kevin Garvey and Jeff Epperson. Add Ardel Cagata on bass and Luca Bianconcini behind the drum kit and you have the right kind of energetic, seasoned band perfectly suited to play vintage 70's, 80's music that will not let you stay seated. Our concerts are free and they are family friendly. You are welcome to bring food. We are normally selling grilled fare to benefit various programs from Special Olympics to Providence High School Swim and Dive. No other alcohol permitted.   All concerts are outside. Wine tastings during concerts are outside. We have plenty of shade.  Wine can be purchased inside or outside. Cheese and crackers are available inside the winery. Grilled fare is sold on the east side of the winery behind the band. We have complimentary plastic cups. We sell wine glasses or you can bring your own wine glass. We suggest that you bring a lawn chair, but if you forget one, no problem as we'll lend one (or two or three...) to you. Lastly, if you would like to borrow an ice bucket for your wine, great. We have them available, just please return them to the winery or the tent before you leave.  No cover charge, no parking charge, yeah....very old school, isn't it?   Cheers, Laura, Jim, Max, Lauren, Joe, Catherine, and our wonderful staff.

Sunday Concert Series: The Brass Pack Band AND Hug It Out!

Turtle Run Winery

Brass Pack:  Get ready to get WOWED!!!  Not wild!  But wow, what music this band covers and the ranges they hit are beyond fantastic.  Yes, lots of brass.  Lots of great hits you'll recognize, some you'll recognize that didn't have brass when you heard it on the radio and now it does.  Absolutely fantastic! Hug It Out:  Four of the members of Brass Pack are part of Hug It Out.  Get ready for Kara Kelton to take the lead vocals and hit some notes that are way up there!  Lots of upbeat dance and joyful and fun music. Hug It Out is making their debut and their previous debut date at Turtle Run Winery got climate cancelled.  Sigh. Our concerts are free and they are family friendly. You are welcome to bring food. We are normally selling grilled fare to benefit various programs from Special Olympics to Providence High School Swim and Dive. No other alcohol permitted. All concerts are outside.
