Today, we will have another one of our little ol' "Out Front Ring Fires." Festive atmosphere!! It's a relaxing day for enjoyable conversations around something that creates a lot of mental peace -- fire. I love the snapping and crackling and the smell. Just the entire sensation of controlled fires.... And the tent has it's walls up, the heaters are inside of it and the floor is now insulated on the deck too! Toasty!!! This weekend’s vertical tasting is Chambourcin!!! If you look closely, there is a 2006 and 2008 in the line up! I will be glad to explain each vintage. And we will light the fire rings!
